The implementation of Blockchain framework in MOOCs to support a freedom of learning in Indonesia

A freedom of learning program has been released by the Indonesian Ministry and Culture this year 2020. There are three ways for students to earn their credits, namely take subject course in face-to-face based class, virtual class or under Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). MOOCs is a model that developed help people learn about certain skills through online platform, without any limitation audience. aim enhance broad collaboration between individuals creating environments have high scalability can be accessed anyone anywhere. The complexity arises when undertake MOOCs, how certify completion which certification gained easily, last secure obtained certificate? Blockchain technology improve quality providing control academic records as evidence someone completed process on MOOCs. Academic generated will stored one place forever safely environment. This article explore possible implement framework support Indonesia.
